Scheduling Procedures (before you book):
Read through the following information thoroughly.
Each time slot is for one person. Designs will be done as shown, no alterations. Limit is 2 designs. One slot per client.
Complete the form below to secure your appointment including paying the $30 non refundable appointment retainer fee. Deposit DOES NOT go towards appointment. Retainer fee covers cost of supplies and aftercare kit that is given to client after appointment.
Guidelines for Flash Special:
· No Rescheduling. These appointments are blocked out specifically for flash clients and will not be honored outside of the specified time you’ve selected. This includes cancellations.
· No Alterations to designs. Price shown reflects design done in black ink only. Client has the option to add other color inks to line work at an additional cost. The cost varies based on how many colors you would like to add to your design and can be discussed at your appointment.
· No appointment, no flash. No payment, no appointment.
· Appointments are non transferrable.
· The total cost of your selected design(s) will be due at the time of your session.
By completing this form, you are consenting to the following Covid-19 precautions + legal requirements for tattooing:
Only the person with the scheduled appointment will be allowed to enter the studio. Do not bring anyone with you to your appointment.

Must have ID ready (You must be 18 or older to get tattooed) NO ID NO TATTOO
You will comply with guidelines for sanitizing at the station provided.
If you are more than 20 minutes late, you forfeit your appointment.
